    Date

    Fiscal year opening

    Context

Created for board and investor communications where timeline flexibility was important but strategic direction needed to be clear.

    Intent

Provide an alternative to Gantt-chart roadmaps that maintains strategic clarity while avoiding premature timeline commitments.

Theme 1 — Reduce Time to Enterprise Value (Now)

Enterprise workspaces reach defined activation state within 14 days of provisioning. Investment areas: guided onboarding, administrator tooling, integration accelerators for our three highest-frequency source systems. Success signal: activation rate above 70% on new logos.

Theme 2 — Institutionalize Governance for AI-Enabled Workflows (Now)

Every AI-enabled surface ships with a declared autonomy tier, an evaluation set with adversarial coverage, and a documented rollback authority. Investment areas: evaluation infrastructure, agent observability, in-product override affordances. Success signal: 100% of production AI surfaces meet the standard by fiscal midyear.

Theme 3 — Expand the Workspace-Priced Commercial Model (Next)

Complete the migration from seat pricing to workspace pricing across eligible enterprise ARR. Investment areas: pricing analytics, migration tooling, sales enablement. Success signal: 80% of eligible ARR migrated within three quarters.

Theme 4 — Open the Extensibility Surface (Later)

Provide the API and event surface that enterprise customers require to embed our platform in their internal orchestration. Investment areas: public API hardening, event bus, developer documentation. Success signal: five reference implementations within the extensibility program by end of fiscal year.

What We Are Not Doing This Year

    • Expanding into adjacent verticals — the current focus verticals are not yet fully served.
    • Consumer-facing surfaces — outside our operating capability and buyer profile.
    • Fully delegated agent workflows in regulated customer environments — governance maturity is not yet at Tier 4.
